Artist's Note

This eye wasn’t just drawn — it was built like a prism. I took a basic eye structure and cranked up the style into something a little pop, a little surreal, and a bit futuristic. The thick black outline gives it a fashion-forward frame, but inside? That’s where the real story starts.

The iris spins with blue, purple, orange, and pink hues — almost like a pixelated sunset trapped in a crystal. There’s this hypnotic centre, and then soft clouds, sparkles, and light bursts around it, like thoughts mid-formation or memories trying to surface.

What I love is how it feels like the eye is watching dreams rather than the real world. There's a contrast here: defined outer shape versus playful, glowing internals. It’s structured, but full of imagination — a balance between seeing what’s there and sensing what could be.

The soft pink background helps it breathe. It’s gentle, subtle, and lets the colours inside the eye pop like little pieces of optimism.
