At Highdellic, each item is made to order through our trusted UK-based production facilities, with international partners used during periods of high demand or for certain custom orders. This ensures that every piece is uniquely created for each customer while helping reduce waste and overproduction.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Because our products are custom-made, please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be:

In their original condition, unused, and undamaged

Returned with all original packaging and materials
How to Return
To initiate a return, you must use our Contact Us page (also linked in the website footer) within 14 days of receiving your order. We will then provide you with the correct return address and instructions.
⚠️ Important: We do not reply to emails, phone calls, or other forms of contact. All return requests must be submitted through the Contact Us page only.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or faulty. Where possible, please record an unboxing video or photos from delivery to unpacking, as this helps us assess any claims.
Refurbished & Resale
Items that are returned in acceptable condition may be inspected, and if suitable, resold as “refurbished” or “open box” products.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following:

Incorrect size or colour selection

Buyer error
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we are happy to offer a free reprint or refund.
To qualify:

Provide clear photos of the issue

If multiple items with the same design are affected, please provide a group photo or video showing all items together
Refund Options
Refunds may be issued as:

Or returned to your original payment method (depending on preference)
If a delivery fails (e.g. missed delivery or incorrect address), you may request either:

A reprint at an additional charge

Or a partial refund
Standard Tolerances
Minor variations in print placement (up to 0.5 inches for DTG printing) are within accepted industry standards and are not considered defects.
