Highdellic International Shipping Policy

Key Changes

1. Shipping to the USA

  • Old policy: Explicitly stated “We do not currently support shipping to the United States.”

  • New policy: The USA is now included under both Standard and Priority shipping options, meaning US customers can now place orders directly.

✅ 2. UK as the Primary Fulfilment Hub

  • Old policy: Stated that production and shipping could occur from various global partner locations.

  • New policy: Now highlights that production, storage, and fulfilment are primarily in the United Kingdom, with other countries only used during high demand, custom, or special cases.

✅ 3. Custom Shipping Estimates Feature

  • Old policy: Shipping times were only described in general ranges.

  • New policy: Adds a section highlighting the live shipping estimate tool on product pages, which auto-detects location and provides tailored delivery information.

✅ 4. Packaging Preview Link

  • Old policy: No mention of packaging previews.

  • New policy: Direct link added to your Print Styles & Packaging Guide, so customers can see how each product type is packaged before purchase.

✅ 5. Contact Policy Update

  • Old policy: Said “For further information or help with your order, please contact us at contact us link located in the header and the footer.”

  • New policy: Stronger and clearer — all customer enquiries must go through the official Contact Us page, and it explicitly states that emails, phone calls, or other unsolicited messages will not be answered to avoid spam, cold calls, and bots.

✅ 6. Tone & Structure

  • Old policy: Read more like a standard print partner template (neutral and generic).

  • New policy: Polished and professional tone, reflecting Highdellic’s brand voice — focused on customer trust, clarity, and marketplace readiness.

At Highdellic, we proudly ship artwork worldwide using a trusted network of professional production and fulfilment partners. Our primary production, storage, and fulfilment operations are based in the United Kingdom, ensuring consistent quality and reliable service. During periods of high demand, or for certain custom or international orders, we may also produce and ship items from carefully selected partner facilities in other countries.


Production Time

Production typically takes 2–3 business days, depending on the type of print, framing option, and order volume. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking details where available.

Standard International Shipping

  • Cost: From £3.75 GBP (approximate, subject to exchange rate variations)

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 10–30 business days

  • Availability: All major international destinations, including the United States

  • Details: A reliable and cost-effective option for worldwide delivery.

Priority International Shipping

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on the order and destination

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3–5 business days

  • Availability: All major international destinations, including the United States

  • Details: A faster option for urgent or time-sensitive orders. Availability may vary by region.


Custom Shipping Estimates

Each product page includes a live shipping estimate feature that automatically calculates delivery times and costs based on your location and the specific print provider fulfilling your order. This ensures you always have the most accurate delivery expectations before purchasing.

While most orders are produced and shipped from the United Kingdom, we also work with trusted facilities in the following countries when required:

  • Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing.

  • Tracking details will be provided for all eligible shipping methods.

  • Custom and large orders may be fulfilled outside the UK for efficiency.

  • All customer enquiries must be made via our Contact Us page, also linked in the website footer. We will not respond to messages sent by email, phone, or other channels in order to avoid spam, cold calls, and automated bot messages.
